1 | What happens after I inquire?
Current availability, pricing and shipping information will be provided for each work.
2 | Do paper works include frames?
To ensure safe and cost-effective shipping for collectors, paper works ship unframed. Frame recs are available for all works. Framing service is also available as an add-on.
3 | Do you do commissions?
In order to follow the evolution of the work, Natalie does not currently do commissioned work but often makes curated recommendations if you have a specific space in mind. You can send a quick photo of your space to email@example.com.
4 | How does shipping work?
Shipping quotes are provided based on zip code. Works are carefully wrapped and shipped fully insured to all 50 United States. Larger works may require a crate to ensure safe transport. Free delivery for most works is offered for those residing in the Austin area. All works ship sealed and ready to hang (or easily framed).
5 | Are payment plans available?
Payment plans may be available for certain works. Please email for more details.
6 | What types of payment are accepted?
Most electronic forms of payment are accepted including PayPal, ApplePay, VenMo and Zelle bank transfer. In-person, payments are accepted via Square.
