1 | What happens after I inquire?

Current availability, pricing and shipping information will be provided for each work.

2 | How does shipping work?

Works are carefully wrapped and shipped to all 50 United States. Larger works may require a crate to ensure safe transport. All works ship fully insured. Free delivery of purchased work is offered for those in the Austin area.

3 | What types of payment do you take?

All card payments are taken. Popular electronic options include PayPal, ApplePay, VenMo and Zelle bank transfer. Payments are taken via Square in person.

4 | Are payment plans available?

Payment plans may be available for certain works. Please email for more details.

5 | Do you do commissioned work?

In an effort to follow the evolution of the work as it continues to change even daily, Natalie does not currently do commissioned work but often makes curated recommendations if you have a specific space in mind. Photos of your space may be sent to hello@natalieshawart.com.
