1 | What happens after I inquire?
Current availability, pricing and shipping information will be provided for each work.
2 | Do you have framing recommendations?
Yes, framing recommendations are available for all works on paper to make for an easy process once works are received by the collector. Direct links and preview photos are sent following the purchase. Alternatively, framing service is also available as an add-on.
3 | How does shipping work?
Shipping quotes are provided based on zip code. Works are carefully wrapped and shipped to all 50 United States. Larger works may require a crate to ensure safe transport. Free delivery for most works is offered for those residing in the Austin area. All works ship sealed and ready to hang (or easily framed).
4 | What types of payment are accepted?
Most electronic forms of payment are accepted including PayPal, ApplePay, VenMo and Zelle bank transfer. In-person, payments are accepted via Square in person.
5 | Are payment plans available?
Payment plans may be available for certain works. Please email for more details.
6 | Do you do commissioned work?
In an effort to follow the evolution of the work as it continues to change even daily, Natalie does not currently do commissioned work but often makes curated recommendations if you have a specific space in mind. Please feel free to include photos of your space in an email to email@example.com.
